COVID-19 Mobile Car Detailing Measures

Our Car Care Specialist’s take the following precautions & measures to fight against the spread of germs and viruses.

What If It's Raining?

Rain is typical in Sydney so we come prepared for any weather! Our mobile units are equipped with canopies to handle any weather. Because the canopy needs some space to set up, there will have to be at least 5 feet of clearance around the vehicle. If it’s raining hard and wind is above 20 miles per hour we may need to postpone our appointment.

What Is Your Service Area?

We cover the whole of the Sydney region, from the northern beaches to the eastern suburbs, we do it all. Feel free to contact us if you’re unsure if we cover your area at 0458 441 999.

Can You Detail At My Home, Office or Apartment?

Yes we can! All we need is acess to electricity and water. We carry extention cords for water and electricity as long as 100 feet so its easy for us to access power.

What If I Don't Have Access To Water or Electricity?

If you don’t have access to water or electricity, we’ve got you covered. Contact us at 0458 441 999 to schedule an appointment at our shop. There are many options for dropping off your car, you can either have a friend drop off your car with you so they could give you a ride home while you’re waiting for it to be cleaned, you can use Uber/Lyft. We have a washing location near SW Portland off Canyon Road. There is no need to worry if you live someplace without access to both water and electricity. We are here to help!

Is There A Rescheduling Fee?

We do not charge for rescheduling, whatsoever.

Is Tipping Normal? If So How Much?

Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Car Care Specialist.

What If I’m Not Satisfied With My Detail?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.

Is GoDetail Lisenced, Bonded, And Insured?

Yes we are! Currently insured for up to $300k in general liability damage. Licensed in Sydney.
